We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. We fell in love with the unique style of the place. The fact that they have Netflix was a great added bonus. The location was excellent, with several nearby tram stations, a grocery store, and even an Asian store for some last-minute shopping. The bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were kept clean. The hotel provided free water, coffee, and tea in the common living room. We also enjoyed the breakfast they served. we highly recommend this amazing hotel and can't wait to come back again.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Easy access to public transportation with tram at the doorstep and a short walk to the metro. The friendly and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable. The hostel is immaculately clean and has excellent safety measures. Worth every penny in an expensive city.

The buffet breakfast was so lavish, I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel; The location was ideal for people-watching at the nearby cafes; The staff were super friendly and helpful, like having my own personal concierge.
Oh, how I loved having to take off my shoes at the entrance, just what I wanted after a long day of walking, to expose my socks to the world. So classy.

Clean and spacious female dormitory room with a well-equipped private bathroom. . Helpful and friendly staff who assisted with heavy luggage. Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the city center via tram.
Cleaning staff entered the room early in the morning without considering guests who were still asleep. . Reception sometimes showed the room to tourists without considering if the guest was present, affecting privacy.

The place was immaculate, with snow-white bed sheets and towels. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and only a short ride to the historical center. Nearby, there were supermarkets, a bakery, and even a tobacco shop for convenience. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hostel for a wonderful experience in Vienna.

Super spacious rooms and very clean facilities. the host was incredibly kind and attentive to the guests' needs. the bed curtains and the ability to lock personal belongings were great features. the free coffee and tea were a nice touch, and the hostel provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. One of the best features was the option to store luggage after check-out.
There were inconsiderate guests in the dormitory who made noise late at night and early in the morning, disrupting my sleep. the lack of consideration from these guests was frustrating, as they would even throw used tissues on the floor.

The hostel had a kitchen, a common area to socialize, and an extra toilet besides the one in the room. It was conveniently located near public transport, restaurants, and clean bathrooms. the host was very friendly, informative, and responded promptly to all queries.
The room could get a bit warm in the morning due to the sun. Some hooks fell off the wall, and the room was not very social.

The tour desk at the hostel was a great help in planning our family activities in Vienna. They provided us with helpful tips and recommendations on places to visit and even helped us book tickets for attractions. The luggage storage space was also convenient as we were able to securely store our bags before check-in and after check-out, allowing us to explore the city without any hassle.
My children wanted a playground or play area for them to have some fun and play with other kids.
